By creating an account or using Panoram, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Panoram. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of Service
Panoram is a personal health aggregator that helps you track nutrition, hydration, sleep, activity, and supplements. It provides AI-powered insights based on your data. Panoram is an informational tool only.

IMPORTANT: Panoram is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The information, insights, and AI-generated content within Panoram are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in Panoram. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not use Panoram to seek emergency help.
5. Account & Security
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: • Use Panoram for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service • Share your account credentials with others • Use the app to store or distribute harmful content • Interfere with the service's infrastructure
7. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all health data you enter into Panoram. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Panoram service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export all your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Panoram can connect to third-party health platforms (Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or data accuracy.
9. AI Features
AI-generated insights and recommendations are probabilistic and may be incorrect. They are not medical advice. The AI assistant may make errors. Always verify important health decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Panoram app — including software, design, trademarks, and content — belongs to Panoram or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Panoram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panoram and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration or competent courts as required by applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. For material changes, we will notify you within the app and ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing.
16. Trademarks & Third-Party Names
Apple and Apple Health are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Health Connect are trademarks of Google LLC. Whoop, Oura, Garmin and MyFitnessPal are trademarks of their respective owners. All third-party names are used for identification only. Panoram is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any of these companies, and the figures shown on the marketing site are illustrative sample data.
